This static wheel balancer comes supplied with a rod and two locking cones that fit any kind of hub. The rod works on special bearings that allow the wheel to rotate smoothly for precise adjustment. It is equipped with a rabbet level and four adjustable feet to get the proper perpendicularity and the most precise parallelism to the base.
